Custom Array Connectors

For applications where ultra-closely spaced conductors are not the primary concern, we offer arrays built from multiple strips of Z-Axis Miniature Connectors. Typically, connector array units are first built using rapid prototyping techniques for the housings to reduce initial cost and economic risk of custom tooling. After prototype array connectors are tested and approved, a final custom tool is manufactured to mold the housing. This cost is often much lower than mechanical alternatives.

Because of market demand, we continue our R&D efforts to build an affordable anisotropic sheet of conductive material. As of today, the development is not ready for general industry.
